There was a steady howl heard along the sidelines during the Paddy’s and Good Earth match Sunday. Each score from Paddy’s Legal Beagle was accompanied by a sustained howl from the reserves waiting to get in. With Paddy’s winning 3-10 to 2-7, the howl was near constant as Good Earth sadly disappointed their mothers on Mother’s Day by losing both of their matches on the day.Ian Heraty provided much of the offense for Paddy’s with seven scores along with support from Tommy Smith and Andy Hazel and a superior defensive effort by the Paddy Backs. The Good Earth were paced by the Nehrling duo and Brian Church as they fell to 2-2 on the season and Paddy’s improved into a first place tie with Claddagh at 3-0.
