Gaelic Football Practice
Monday, April 30, 2012 at 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Broadripple Park
Cleats and a mind for the Big Ball!
General practice information
The club generally practices one to two times per week, depending on where we are in the season. Practices are informal events, and we encourage anyone with interest in the Gaelic sports to come give it a try. Bring just yourself, shorts, and running shoes or cleats. Some people feel comfortable in shin guards, but these are not required. For hurling, players eventually bring their own stick as well as a helmet for participation in scrimmages. As in Ireland, we believe these games should be enjoyed by men and women of all ages. Our practices are open to all.
Practice locations
Our three primary pitches are Broad Ripple Park, Eugene Burns Park, Riverside Park, and Richardt Park.
