- Each Monday evening, we’ll put a call out for participation and clarify whether we are playing small ball or big ball that week.
- Please RSVP with the suggested emoji if you plan on participating. This allows someone (often Ciaran, sometimes Mathes or Pugh) to draft teams and assign jersey colors in advance, which will let us progress towards play quickly.
- The number of teams we end up with depends on the number of people who sign up to play.
- The motto for the indoor season is “PLAYERS ARE PAYERS” – the club is fronting the money for the rental facility, but people who participate in playing need to pay for the rental. we’ll use the first couple of weeks to see what the per person cost per session looks like and then set the fee. anticipate something in the neighborhood of $7-8 per person per night. after about three weeks, we’ll let you know what you owe based on your attendance to date. preferred form of payment will be PayPal so if you don’t have an account yet, get on that.
- We have access to the facility at 9pm promptly, so please be there in advance and ready to go at 9. Our out is 10pm.
